About this role:
·Working closely with the Head of HR to assist with the selection of appropriate training methods and activities.
·Booking training with external parties and coordination of invites to attendees.
·Liaising with management to create annual training planners.
·Maintaining a monthly training planner
·Gather feedback from trainers and trainees following the completion of courses.
·Picking up ad-hoc projects from Head of HR and Directors
Training Coordinator - About you
·Proven experience working as a Training Coordinator
·Ability to work to own initiative
·Proven ability to complete full training lifecycle
·Experience with E Learning platforms
·Good communication skills, both written and verbal
