We're excited to support our client in their search for a full-time permanent Training Advisor. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for delivering both internal and external training.

Here's what you need to know:

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Training Advisor or similar role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating corporate training events
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms
  • Strong communication skills

Your Experience:

  • You'll excel at assessing training requirements and conducting skills analyses.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organisational abilities are crucial.
  • You'll liaise effectively with managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using media equipment (computers, projectors) is a must.
  • Essential administrative experience, preferably in HR.
  • You'll thrive in a team environment.
  • Capability to assign aptitude or competency tests.
  • General HR administrative tasks as needed.

Role Duties:

  • Assess training course effectiveness and impact on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate staff training records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for course content.
  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Support apprentice development programs.
  • Handle training-related administrative tasks.
  • Schedule internal and external training courses.
  • Coordinate dates, book staff, and arrange accommodations.
  • Administer the Safety Media System.
