Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a Training Officer for a company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire!
 
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week with flexibility required for inductions etc.
 
As a Trainer, you will provide the delivery of off-the-job operational training, including induction, refresher training, manual handling, food safety and health and safety.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Responsibility for delivering site inductions which include taking right to work documents and completing induction paperwork
·Delivery of training, these include manual handling, H&S and refresher training
·Maintaining accurate training records
·Working with the resourcing team to ensure recruitment is completed in a timely manner
·Working with line managers to develop competency / verification of learning assessments
 
About you
·Excellent organisation and planning skills
·Strong coaching and influencing skills
·Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
·Minimum of 2 years experience within a training role
·A formal learning & development qualification at Level 3 is desirable but not essential
