The Opportunity
Recruitment is a relationship-led sales career. Success comes from understanding people, creating opportunities, and building lasting partnerships.
From your first day, you'll be immersed in the HR or Finance recruitment market and supported through a structured development programme designed to help you become a successful consultant.
Your First Three Months
During your initial training period, you'll focus on developing market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and confidence on the phone.
You'll learn how to:

• Identify and engage HR or Finance professionals
• Source and qualify candidates through proactive outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Develop market expertise within your specialist sector
• Support experienced consultants on active assignments
• Maintain accurate records and candidate information within our CRM system

This phase is all about building strong foundations and learning the skills that underpin successful recruitment careers.
Developing into a Recruitment Consultant
As your confidence and experience grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility and begin building your own client relationships.
You'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop business development skills and identify new opportunities
• Build relationships with HR and Finance hiring managers
• Win new clients and grow existing accounts
• Manage recruitment assignments from brief to placement
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process
• Generate revenue and earn uncapped commission

With ongoing support and coaching, you'll progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant managing your own desk and relationships.

Training & Development

Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or professional services can be advantageous, although it is by no means essential.
