• Temporary for minimum 4 weeks
• Rotherham - Hybrid working
• £20.84 per hour
• Full time

This is a key role supporting the HR Business Partners to deliver high level specialist HR advice, guidance and operational support to managers and employees ensuring that policies and procedures are followed appropriately.

You will supervise HR consultants in delivery of the full employee lifecycle and change management, providing appropriate support and guidance as required. Developing effective working relationships with managers and employees of all levels.

This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the HR policies and procedures and the implementation if improvements to procedures.

We are looking for:

- Experience in a HR role providing high level advice and guidance on recruitment, change management, TUPE, complex employee relations cases and absence management.

- Ideally experience managing HR professionals.

- Experience working within a trade union environment.

- Excellent communicator.
