Temporary Recruitment Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a successful and growing organisation in Harrogate for an Temporary Recruitment Administrator to join their busy talent team on an interim contract to support them during a busy period of recruitment.

Reporting into a Director of people and working alongside another talent specialist you will be driven and ambitious and hungry for a role where you can make their mark and add significant value during a high volume recruitment project.

You will manage key relationships within the business, manage the full recruitment process from advertising to offer, screening, initial interviews, all the paperwork, candidate attraction and building talent pools – in particular utilising social media. The role will involve high volumes of CV screening, so the ability to work at pace is essential!

To be considered you must be immediately available, have experience in the above as a Resourcer or a Recruitment administrator, be expert with tools such as Linked in, confident communicator who can manage expectations and hiring managers time lines.
