📌 Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator

Location: Nottingham (Primarily office‑based)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Contract: Temporary

We're supporting a Nottingham‑based organisation seeking a Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. This is a 50/50 split role covering both payroll administration and HR support, ideal for someone organised, detail‑driven, and confident working in a busy office environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting new starters, leavers, and contract changes into the integrated HR/payroll system
  • Inputting payroll data, processing changes, and handling payroll queries
  • Drafting offer letters, contracts, and contract amendment letters
  • Coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining recruitment tracking systems
  • Supporting the wider HR and payroll team with day‑to‑day tasks as required

🔹 Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of iTrent (highly desirable)
  • Experience in Education (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in a dual HR/payroll role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
