Talent Development Manager
Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a well known leisure business on a newly created Talent Development Manager role.
Hybrid role with 3 days in the Birmingham office you will report directly to the People Director. You will be working closely with business leaders and the HRBP'S to identify talent gaps and support the growth of talent, including producing and maintaining personal development plans.
Helping to coordinate and manage internal leadership development programmes, including but not limited to: Fast Track development schemes (junior management), and the General Manager development scheme.
You will manage and promote the development of employees recruited via external leadership development programmes as well as create and manage a talent matrix.
You will be responsible for organising training courses, workshops, events, venues, logistics, transport and accommodation as required in relation to all talent development activity.
