We are actively recruiting for a Talent Brand Specialist to join our client in Central London on either as fixed term contract (PAYE not day rate) or on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Lead talent attraction with a focus on employer branding, employer value proposition, talent pipeline building, campus & university attraction, student and experienced hire recruitment, overall candidate experience and modernize applicant tracking.
Lead and improve local on-boarding cycle and welcome experience, partner on talent engagement and other development programs.
Build centre of excellence around talent attraction and candidate experience to collaborate and offer solutions for our ecosystem.
Innovate through identifying and closing pipeline gaps.
Improve candidate experience by creating and applying solutions to our recruitment process.
Drive end-to-end recruitment with an emphasis on direct recruitment process.
Improve our referral program and increase referral hires.
Business partner to management team on talent attraction, talent programs and on boarding.
Lead the internal talent program; collaborate with the core business to ensure visibility across all programs, internal and external events. Coordinate project assignments and responsible for budgeting and program costs.
Improve existing processes using internal and external best practices.
Support strategy by: establishing KPIs, designing processes and talent segmentation framework; introducing multimedia talent attraction to boost brand awareness
Introduce and deliver new processes and systems to drive efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.
