Talent Acquisition Manager | Shoreditch & Canterbury | Hybrid | Full time | Perm
 
Based from Shoreditch, but will weekly travel to Canterbury, you will be part of the HR team supporting with the recruitment processes.

You'll focus on finding candidates who have experience in the field as well as on volume hiring, taking full responsibility for the on boarding process, working with the local community, and fully managing the student recruitment process.  

Essential Requirements


  • Previous inhouse recruitment experience in a professional services environment - such as FS, LLP or Legal 
  • Team Management experience 
  • Happy to travel in your role 
  • Highly organised and be able to produce reporting of where we are with recruitment
  • TA and recruitment governance
  • Excellent Stakeholder management experience 
  • Direct sourcing
  • Team player
  • MI reporting is a MUST and understanding the Market

The role


  • Manage the recruiting team and report on performance, tracking recruiting metrics, providing clear "time to hire" metrics 
  • Line management and support career development of the Talent Acquisition Advisor
  • Social media ownership - careers area
  • Research and choose job advertising options to align to business needs
  • Making recommendations based on recruitment data; planning and executing recruitment campaigns
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment methods
  • Work with L&D Manager to provide effective interview training to hiring managers with regular review.
  • Full budget control for all aspects of the recruitment team
  • Working closely with universities, schools and colleges to maintain yearly intakes of students
  • Manage all aspects of assessment days, interviews and testing for both experienced and student hires
  • Attend recruitment fairs at local universities
