Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the Recruitment function ahead of a period of exciting growth.
 
The Head Office is based Amersham but will be 90% remote working. The salary is up to £55k.
 
This is a vital role for the business  who will work closely with other Heads of departments to attract best in class talent to their exciting business.
 
You will share knowledge with the global team on social media best practices and LinkedIn recruitment and provide input on utilisation of ATS and system improvements to streamline the candidate experience.
 
Main duties -
 
·Manage end-to-end recruiting process; vacancies, sourcing, interviewing, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer and transition to on-boarding.
·Responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing candidate pools/pipeline
for vacancies by utilising effective sourcing strategies and techniques with a focus on  LinkedIn recruitment.
·Works with a variety of external and internal sources to find the best candidates for open positions with the aim to reduce agency spend.
·Streamline ATS recruitment process to utilize system at maximum efficiency to include incorporating assessments, creating templates, pre-screening questions, interview questions
·Drive candidate engagement while setting the stage for the on-boarding experience.
·Contribute ideas and share best practices for Employer Branding / On-boarding / LMS projects
·EEO Compliance - job postings, applicant tracking - self-identification of race/gender and collection of reasonable accommodation requests.
 
The suitable candidate will have the following skills/experience -
 
·3 to 5 years full cycle professional recruitment experience
·Life sciences recruitment experience preferred
·Experience with LinkedIn candidate mining
·Strong written communication skills with the ability to write dynamic job postings
·Ability to leverage a network of life science agencies and/or industry contacts is a plus
·Experience with company branding and best practices to promote company as an attractive employer to candidates and ensure an engaging recruitment and onboarding experience
·Self-starter with initiative to improve processes
·General knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and local employment law
·Knowledgeable of EEO applicant tracking guidelines.
