Ashley Kate is delighted to be working with a successful and expanding Tech company who are looking to recruit a talented Recruitment/Talent Manager to help with their growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced internal recruiter looking for a step up or for a Tech Recruitment Consultant who is looking to move into an inhouse/internal Recruitment role.
About the role
This is a vital role within the company whereby you will be responsible for all levels of recruitment across the organisation.
Main duties will include –
Work closely with management to ensure appropriate job descriptions, grading, salary bands and approvals are agreed prior to recruitment and selection.
Provide support and advice to managers and employees on the recruitment process to ensure that the right people are recruited.
Manage vacant roles within the business using direct sourcing materials such as job boards and networking.
Creating a talent pool for existing and future opportunities within the business.
Carry out all new joiner integration activities including preparation of employment contract, right to work checks, referencing and relevant internal processes and documentation.
Taking a lead on any adhoc recruitment projects.
·A proven background in Recruitment (Ideally Tech) with experience of recruiting all level roles internally.
·Experience of direct sourcing/headhunting for roles.
·Experience of conditioning face to face and telephone/video interviews.
·Strong communicator with solid written and verbal communication skills.
