We are pleased to support our client in their search for a Strategic HRBP to join them on a full-time permanent basis in London (NW1)

You will drive and influence the cultural and people management agenda of organisational change and business improvement initiatives to improve business performance of their corporate function teams. This will be achieved through building strong and credible partnering relationships at a senior level across the business, and to perform a key role within the HR function.

About the role


  • Accountable for the creation, management and operational execution of specific people plans within the business, including talent and performance management, strategic workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Effectively manage complex employee relation issues, with support from the Employee Relations Manager, and mitigate business risk.
  • Develop and measure performance management strategies and plans to demonstrate improved business performance.
  • To use workforce intelligence to identify people management requirements and performance solutions and establish credibility as an expert in strategic HR.
  • To facilitate, coach, challenge and develop senior stakeholders and their teams to influence their individual and collective mindset, behaviour, and performance in order to achieve targeted business outcomes.
  • Work with the business to build a strong pipeline of talent and succession with particular focus on building capabilities for pivotal roles.
  • Proactively embed a performance culture manage which differentiates performance and focusses on the development and progression of employees through clear and transparent career paths.


About you


  • Experience of working within a large and complex matrix organization and working within a fast-paced project environment
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to partner challenging client groups as they grow, develop and experience significant change.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge and persuade at a Senior/Director level
  • Be able to demonstrate the improvement of business performance through results.
  • Experience of developing, implementing, and managing strategic implementation plans and key change initiatives.
  • Strong generalist experience with a business and commercial focus
  • Resilience and tenacity in driving performance improvement

Maxium base salary £65K
