Strategic HRBP |£65K + £5800 car allowance | Hybrid | City of London

Do you have experience of working in a high volume business, such as FM, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Hospitality or Construction?  

We are actively recruiting for a strategic HR Business Partner to join our client on a full-time permanent basis in London.  Hybrid working 3 minimum office based


Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the London Managing Director, you will lead and manage the people management related agenda as well as lead on all change management projects for the London client group; approximately 2500 employees.
You will act as a single point of contact for HR for the managers in the business unit, while actively supporting the delivery of the HR agenda.
As well as managing complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally, you will build strong business relationships.
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement the necessary changes.
Promote performance improvement and positive change in the management of people.
Ensure that organisation vitality charts are designed and maintained as the performance of the business unit improves.
Identify key talent and key positions and create succession plans.
Proposes changes to the organization's structure
Liaising with Union representatives .

About you


  • Experience of working in a high volume/large headcount (min 800) business, such as FM, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Hospitality or Construction  
  • Union experience - highly desirable
  • Project Management and Change Management Skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Labour Law Knowledge Skills
  • CIPD qualified 
  • Able to travel to other regional sites when required.
