𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨

  • Lead global Reward strategy, overseeing compensation, annual reviews, and pay gap reporting.
  • Manage Reward projects, including job levelling and bonus frameworks.
  • Supervise and support two Reward Analysts.
  • Analyse complex reward data and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reward policies.

𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪:

  • Extensive experience in compensation management and Reward projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple Reward initiatives within a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work with complex data and present findings effectively.
