You will offer the following skill set;
·Proven recruitment or sales background
·A desire to lead a team of recruitment consultants and resourcers
·Ability to source candidates using a wide variety of attraction methods including social media
·Tenacious approach to developing existing business and creating new business opportunities
·Experience of working in a target orientated environment
·Be a self-starter, outgoing and commercially focused
·Be an influencer and offer effective sales solutions
·You will ultimately manage the full recruitment cycle and be required to:
·Build and develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
·Run face-to-face client meetings.
·Interview and assess HR candidates, then place them in the right roles.
·Handle all aspects of vacancy management from writing job specifications and short listing candidates to negotiating offers and salary packages.
·Manage the day-to-day relationship with some of our high-profile clients.
