We're on the hunt for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our clients system while also playing a key role in new integration's, enhancements, and system bolt-ons as they continue to scale.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors
- Implementing new modules & integrations to support business growth
- Supporting M&A system transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding of new teams
- Driving HR system enhancements, troubleshooting, and configurations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise HR processes & system functionality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, administration & support)
- A problem-solver who enjoys optimising HR systems for scalability & efficiency
- Someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business
- Experience supporting M&A integrations is a plus!
