Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a leading business on 2 new Reward Partner positions. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's compensation and benefits offer.
The role is based in Hemel Hempstead and offers hybrid working. salary for this role is up to £60k.
Assisting with the annual reward cycle including annual surveys, salary reviews and bonuses
Advising on compensation and benefits practices to contribute to internal decision making
Reviewing and developing the company bonus structure
Completing job evaluations and aligning roles to the company pay and grading structure
Being involved in ad-hoc reward projects, including interaction with colleagues across the organisation
Enhancing the engagement with the company benefits, recognition, and financial well being programmes
You will have previous experience in reward activities e.g., job evaluation, bonus and benefits review
You can lead and develop key areas of compensation and benefits offer
You possess good Microsoft Excel skills
You have good communication and interpersonal skills
You can present data in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and written
