I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients, based in London as they look to recruit for a Reward Manager.

Title: Reward Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 (DOE)

Working pattern: Hybrid - 50/50 split

Term: Full Time & permanent

This role will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the global reward strategy, supporting the compensation activities across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

About the Role

  • Support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
  • Lead on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
  • Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Day to day management of two Reward Analysts
  • Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm
  • Drive a process of continual improvement
  • Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements

Experience required:

To be considered for this role you must meet the following skills and experience

  • Excellent Excel and data skills
  • In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
  • Experience of managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
  • Highly experienced in presenting complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Previous team management experience is an advantage as is previous experience working in the legal sector or in a professional services environment
