Ashley Kate are working with a international organisation in their search for an interim in-house Recruiter.
You will be part of the resourcing team who are accountable for all permanent resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.
What we're looking for
·Ideally experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience).
oOr, do you have agency recruitment experience but now looking for a move into an inhouse role?
·Experience using various ATS; or even better........Workday experience, this would be great!
·Very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills.
·A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed.
·A passion for recruitment and the candidate journey.
·Someone with proactive experience of social media; to be an influencer with our social media activities
·Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
·Fun and engaging.
