Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading Care provider who are looking to recruit a Regional Trainer to join their new L&D function. Reporting to the Lead Regional Trainer, you will tasked with improving the knowledge and skills of the workforce and have a shared responsibility for developing, delivering and continuing training to all staff within the organisation.
 
This role will be based in Home Counties with the expectation to travel regionally to your designated area. The salary is £30-32k plus car allowance and bonus.
 
Main duties -
 
·Conduct training needs analysis on team members
·Write and develop materials and documentation to support the successful delivery of face to face training.
·Delivery of Internal Training Programmes
·Deliver induction training to all new starters.
·Give training and support to all team members with eLearning setup and completion.
·Manage own training admin requirements including creating and issuing training certificates.
·Carry out post training evaluation.
·Carry out internal quality assessments
·To represent the organisation externally and attend networks locally as required
 
Essential skills and experience -
 
·Experience of designing, developing and delivering learning events/programmes/ in-house training.
·Experience of writing and presenting information formally and informally.
·Ability and willingness to work independently, travel as required, manage own time and prioritise effectively whilst also working as part of a team.
·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with different stakeholders.
·Builds good relationships with a range of stakeholders to improve service delivery.
