Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading retail business who are actively recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to join their existing HR team.
Supporting c500 employees, you will support the HR Operations Manager providing advice, support and guidance to managers on all aspects of HR and people issues and cases
About you
- A solid generalist HR background and have worked in a fast paced HR department
- Proven track record as Generalist HR Advisor with previous experience of managing a variety of and complex employee relations matters
- In-depth up to date knowledge of employment law
- Multi site & Retail experience is essential
- Ability to travel to sites and be flexible with working hours.
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be customer focused, self motivated, have the ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
