Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a leading food manufacturing client based in the Staffordshire area, on a permanent basis to start immediately!

Based at their site in Lichfield with travel to Colchester and Wigan, this role will report into the HR Manager, and help support the growing HR team on all aspects of recruitment within all areas of the business.

This person will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process at the nominated sites with the main aim to be attract and recruit the best employees to support the sites in achieving their goals and targets.

Role responsibilities:

• Support the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process from the placing of vacancies, screening, interviewing and offering positions.
• Carrying out recruitment campaigns, including volume recruitment for operative level.
• Manage social media campaigns - Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Train hiring managers in interviewing skills.
• Support graduate and placement programmes.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven recruitment track record in fast paced, high volume environment
• Knowledge of ATS systems.
• Ability to prioritise with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate across a range of stakeholders.
