We are looking for a strong Recruitment Coordinator with proven experience in HR that is eager to join a growing and well-established team based in Hanley, Stoke on trent.
 
Responsible for coordinating recruitment for 6 sites across the West Midlands and North West including Solihull, Cheshire Oaks, Warrington, Crewe and Northwich and covering a headcount of 650 employees, this role will give someone the chance to get to know each part of the business in great detail and make a positive impact.
 
This role will be working directly with the long standing HR Manager, and newly appointed Group HR Director, this will be have a main focus on the Recruitment, improving processes, travelling to nearby sites to meet with Site Managers to discuss business needs, and the day to day, setting up interviews, creating new starter packs and managing the induction process. As well as supporting the HR team on any duties as and when required.

£26,000
Stoke-On-Trent
9am to 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
