Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a leading Education provider, based in London in their search to add a recruitment assistant to their existing HR department.
 
This will be a full time, permanent position.
 
The salary for this role will be up to £30k and will be predominately site based
 
Recruitment Assistant - about this role
·The role will support across the full recruitment cycle.
·Undertake internal and external benchmarking exercises
·Deal with all recruitment queries and manage candidate communications
·Undertake some shortlisting and panel interviewing when required
·Write and post job adverts (internally and externally)
·Provide advice to employees and line managers in regards to recruitment policies and procedures
·Act as the main point of contact and oversee the recruitment of casual staff
·Provide efficient administration for new employees including all safer recruitment checks (RTW, DBS and pre employment checks)
·Manage the recruitment inbox and escalate where needed.
 
Key experience -
·Working towards a CIPD qualification or recruitment qualification
·Demonstrable experience of working in a recruitment role in a fast paced environment
·Experience of working in a clerical or administrative role
·previous use of HRIS/ ATS systems
·strong organisational skills
·High levels of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
·Energetic and approachable with excellent communication skills
·Previous experience working in a school environment or similar is essential for this role
