About the role
This candidate will focus on managing the full end to end recruitment process alongside the wider recruitment team. This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertising roles on local job boards. You will be the interface for the candidate journey - The candidate experience being a big passion for this team as they strive to attract the best talent to join the organisation!
Organising and attending interviews, and managing all compliances and correspondences.
You will manage a wide range of stakeholders and liasie with external providers in analysing future trends, and planning future needs.
This is an exciting and  fast paced role! The role will be based in Cheadle Hulme, on a hybrid basis, with a couple of days a week working from home.
