Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in Education and available to start a 9 month interim contract ASAP.
 
Ashley Kate  are delighted to be supporting a leading Charity in their search for a People Parter to join them on an Interim  basis.  
 
Please note that this is a home-based role but could involve travel across the UK  when needed
 
Reporting to the Head of  Business Partnering, you will support the education client group in terms of upcoming projects to focus on continuous improvement.  
 
Working closely with an outsourced advisory service who manage all areas of Employee Relations you will need to manage this relationship closely in order to ensure managers are receiving the best advice in terms of their teams.
 
You will also be responsible of identifying key trends in terms of individual sites staffing issues and work closely with the recruitment teams in order to attract and retain talent.  
You will be the key lead in terms of developing individual site inductions and also performance management solutions and be responsible for linking this with a new HRIS and implementing the ways of working.
 
About You
 
You must have a proven background in partnering with education client groups, this is an absolute essential requirement.
Where needed, lead, plan and manage TUPE transfer projects.
Ability to work on a variety of HR projects and manage multiple priorities.
Provide strategic partnering advice to operational Directors and their teams, working closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver people plans that are aligned with business and people strategy.
Demonstrable experience of implementing performance management processes and inductions is key along with a strong knowledge of HRIS and how they link in with multiple sites and the wider HR and Business needs.
