People Partner (HR) | Education or NHS  | £50,300 | Hybrid Working | Brighton
 
Do you have HR experience in the Education sector or the NHS?
Do you love to take your holidays outside of school breaks?
We are delighted to be working with a leading education provider to find an experienced People Partner to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
You will support and handle cases, provide training and advice, ensure that all policies are followed, and ensure that all actions taken are consistent with all policies. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and the rest of the HR team to work on and implement national initiatives.
Your essential experience
Can you think and operate strategically but enjoy day to day operational HR?
Have you worked with shift contracts, safeguarding, complex employment contracts, pay scales, and with local authorities and unions?
Do you have a background working in Education or the NHS?  - Essential, please note other sectors will not be considered for this role
Do you have the ability to operate in a consultative manner?
Are you able to prioritise and organise multiple projects?
Do you have solid understanding of employment law?
Are you a broad generalist HR experience with strong influencing skills?
