About the Role
Working with the wider People team and reporting into one of two People Business Partners, you will be the key contact for managers providing advice and guidance on all aspects of operational HR across the Trust, coaching and supporting managers throughout the employee life cycle.
You will deliver a comprehensive and efficient employee relations advisory service, providing clear policy and procedural guidance and expert legal advice, to support managers in making pragmatic, commercially focused decisions. You'll also have lots of opportunities to get involved in policy review and development, and to work on change and improvement projects.
You will be passionate about offering great customer service and have the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues, managers and union representatives. You will have a willingness to develop and a desire to continually improve what we do.
Working autonomously, you will be self-motivated and confident in making pragmatic and balanced decisions on all areas of the employee lifecycle.
The candidate will be commercially focused, have strong employment law knowledge, be adaptable and resilient to change. You must be a strong generalist, who can hit the ground running.
