People Administrator

Location: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: Hybrid working, flexible hours, on-site parking

The Opportunity


We are supporting a growing global organisation in their search for a People Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to join a supportive People team and take ownership of a broad range of HR administration duties across the employee lifecycle.

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system maintenance.
  • Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee records.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including interview coordination, right to work checks and candidate documentation.
  • Monitoring probation periods and coordinating review processes.
  • Providing first-line HR support and managing the HR inbox.
  • Supporting payroll administration, holiday calculations and employee benefits administration.
  • Tracking sickness absence and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Producing HR reports and management information using Excel and the HRIS.
  • Assisting with HR projects, training coordination and wider People initiatives.

Who are we looking for?


Essential

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration, People Administration or HR Assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.


Desirable

  • CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD.
  • Strong HR Administration experience
  • Exposure to HR reporting, benchmarking and people analytics.
  • Experience within a growing or international business.
