Are you an L&D Administrator looking for a new opportunity?
 
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with leading Professional Service client in Oxford who are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Coordinator & Trainer on a full time, permanent basis.
 
The salary is up to £32k.
The client would be looking for 4 days in the office with 1 day working from home.
 
Working closely with Head's of departments, you will help to build a culture where continuous learning is valued and where employees feel empowered to develop their skills.
 
The main duties will include -
 
·Support HOD's with the execution of the annual Learning and Development Plan.
·Coordinate and administer digital and face to face training session.
·Create, deliver, and arrange training for the Firm as required.
·Arrange all external training and maintain relationships with training providers.
·Liaise with the On-boarding team and communicate new joiner instructions as required.
·Deliver training and develop materials to implement key IT system changes.
 
To be suitable for this role you will need to possess the following skills/experience -
 
·Previous experience working within a Learning & Development Coordinator/Administrator position (ideally 2+ years)
·Previous experience of delivering various training ranging from IT systems to core organisational training
· Knowledge of case management systems and accounting systems (required)
·CIPD qualified or equivalent training qualification
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong IT skills are required
