Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy company as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent Learning & Development Advisor, based in London.
The salary for this role is up to £42k, with a flexible hybrid working pattern.
The Learning & Development Advisor will work within the busy People team, primarily focused on designing and delivering learning and development opportunities to those in recently qualified client-facing roles and those in business operations and secretarial roles.
The Learning & Development Advisor will help to execute the over-arching learning and development strategy and will focus on all elements of the learning cycle for their relevant populations.
Learning & Development Advisor - About the role
·Review Personal Development Plans to identify L&D needs (technical and non-technical)
·Review evaluations from existing L&D interventions and assess how this information might impact existing and future L&D offerings
·Build Firm knowledge and create a network to understand individual and team dynamics which might impact on existing or future L&D offerings
·Combine LNA information and specialist knowledge to create relevant L&D interventions e.g. in-person workshops, written guidelines, knowledge shares, webinars, mentoring schemes etc.
·Work with external training providers to design and deliver inclusion-based learning interventions
·Deliver and co-deliver in-person and virtual workshops
·Distribute, collect and monitor action plans completed at the end of in-person L&D interventions
·Collate feedback following each in-person L&D intervention and distribute to facilitators; suggesting and monitoring areas for improvement
·Review the existing evaluation procedure and advise on changes that will help to capture the most useful information for return on investment
Learning & Development Advisor - About you
·Ideally has previous experience within Professional Services, preferably accountancy, finance or Law
·The ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously
·Proactive mindset and is confident working autonomously
·Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to forge strong professional relationships
·IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Team-orientated approach
·A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with individuals at all levels
·Educated to A level or equivalent
·Ideally a member of the CIPD with a level 5 (or equivalent) qualification
·Proven Learning & Development experience
