Learning & Development Specialist - North Birmingham - 35,000

Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a global manufacturing business who are looking to develop their Learning and Development team by adding two new heads. One of the positions will be based in North Birmingham.

They are looking for someone who has had prior experience of working in a manufacturing environment. This role is very hands on and will involve a lot of work on the shop floor to conduct needs analysis and roll out training.

To be successful in this role you will:
Ideally posses a Learning & Development related qualification such as CIPD
Be able to demonstrate hands on analysis of learning results
Have experience of creating training material (particularly around operational aspects)
Demonstrate building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrate experience of developing and presenting material to a diverse employee base
Work closely with the HR team to deliver a sound L&D programme
