Ashley Kate HR are proud to be working with a long-standing, leading manufacturing business based in Hull in their search for a Lead HR Advisor.

This is a full-time 6 month FTC with a salary of up to 30,000.

Joining the close-knit HR team of 5, our client is looking for a driven HR advisor join their team and hit the ground running for the duration of 6 months. Having 2 direct reports your day-to-day will see you; coaching and advising the HR team, employee relations, handling day-to-day HR queries, absence management, undertake ad hoc HR projects, develop HR policies, recruitment and coaching managers in line with policies and legalisation's.

To be considered you must be CIPD qualified (or working towards), experience of working with stakeholders at all levels of the business, generalist HR experience, a good understanding of employment law and have 2 + years in at HR advisor level.
