L&D Manager| City of London | Perm | Facilities Management

• £47,000 per annum + 20% performance-based bonus (with strong achievement history).
• 29 days annual leave + BH
• London-based hybrid model (3 days in the office).

This standalone Learning & Development Manager role offers the chance to make a real impact, supporting a workforce of around 800 employees. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller team or standalone environment, with opportunities to bring fresh ideas and influence strategic direction.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Stable career history in permanent roles
• Previous standalone L&D manager roles or small-team experience are a must.
• Proven design expertise and confidence with L&D systems.
• Proven end-to-end experience in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing third-party training suppliers and leveraging expertise to optimise program outcomes.
• Experience working in Facilities, Maintenance or Technical sectors is preferred
