  • Spot skills gaps and create tailored development programs to bridge them.
  • Manage schedules, communication, and feedback, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
  • Maximise the Apprenticeship Levy, identifying opportunities and managing provider relationships.
  • Partner with teams to design and deliver engaging content in key areas like customer service and operational standards.
  • Keep onboarding fresh and effective, setting new hires up for success.
  • Enhance internal systems to make learning practical, accessible, and widely used.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive awareness and promote development opportunities.
  • Equip leaders with the tools they need to create and implement effective local learning plans.

  • We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the table. Ideally, you'll have:
  • A stable career history with experience in standalone roles or small-team environments.
  • Proven skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs.
  • Confidence in using Learning Management Systems and tools like Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing external training providers to maximise impact.
