Part time L&D Coordinator | On site | 20 hours per week | North London | £27,000 FTE

Passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? Our client, a leading charity, wants to hire a part-time Learning & Development Coordinator to support an inclusive, safe work environment. You'll design and deliver a wide range of training interventions, from face-to-face skills sessions to interactive digital courses. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring all staff have the training and development opportunities they need.

**Please note the £27K will be pro rata'd for the 20 hours**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver blended learning courses, including face-to-face and online courses.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create engaging content.
  • Make continuous improvements to learning programs using data and analytics.
  • Manage all logistics for externally provided training.
  • Keep accurate records of your training, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Ensure new starters have a smooth and effective on boarding process.
  • Organise training on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Sustainability.
  • Work with HR Advisor to keep all training and qualification records up-to-date.
  • Analyse training needs to make sure L&D is aligned with company needs.
  • Make sure the HR dashboard has key L&D data.

Skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Learning & Development or training role.
  • Experience in the charity sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and program management.
  • Basic understanding of Safeguarding and Compliance.
  • Experience in creating role specific L&D initiatives across different worker types.
