We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with this leading engineering business based in West Yorkshire who now have a fantastic NEW opportunity an internal Recruiter to join the HR team and launch their internal recruitment service across the UK business.

You will be an experienced Internal Recruiter who is used to partnering closely with the business on all permanent recruitment, sourcing, attracting, and introducing specialist skill sets to the business from across the Engineering sector.

This is a new role into the business offering an extensive opportunity for you to make your mark and we would therefore like you to be KPI driven personality who can demonstrate a value added approach.

You will also be a Social Media savy recruiter who is well networked and used to utilising a wide range of tools to establish appropriate routes to market in order to maximise exposure and results.

You will be highly effective at building internal relationships in order to ensure effective outcomes based on both skill set and culture. You will also be skilled at building external partnerships in order to establish effective avenues for 'hard to source' skill sets.

This role offers extensive long terms opportunity to grow this function further and establish it further into the HR function by providing succession planning across the business.
