Interim Talent Coordinator - 6 months
Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are looking to bring in a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract. This will be initial a home based role but will switch to a hybrid working model once restrictions have been fully lifted.
This is a busy role and will have responsibility of managing the end to end recruitment process. The main duties will include -
-Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or advert. Reviewing interview packs and assessments for all interview stages and amending where appropriate with Hiring Manager
-Maintenance of master recruitment spreadsheet. Monitoring all candidates submitted with full details i.e source, salaries, status etc
-Ownership of recruitment reports weekly to Talent Development Manager, Sales & Marketing Director and HR Business Partner. Will occasionally be required to provide adhoc reports using data from master spreadsheet.
-Accountable for the collation and recording of recruitment forms in the relevant folders i.e OAP, VAP, Candidate on boarding forms, contracts and offer letters
To be suitable for this role you will need to possess the following skills/experience -
·At least 2 years experience from within a similar HR/Recruitment Coordinator role.
·Experience in using an ATS.
·Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
·Intermediate level on MS Excel.
