Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our global client in recruiting an Interim Recruitment Advisor UK Team!   Initially on a 6 month FTC
 
The Recruitment Advisor can be based in Sheffield or Nottingham, Ideally office based, however they can consider a split across  Home and office working.
 
Senior Recruitment Advisor - About the role
Taking vacancy details from hiring managers and preparing details for role profiles and advertising.
Sourcing candidates (using the most appropriate methods including internal referral scheme, websites, direct advertising and recruitment agents).
Liaise with preferred recruitment suppliers as well as ad-hoc recruitment agencies ensuring terms agreed where necessary and lead agency briefing meetings.
Working with the Recruitment Administrator to ensure consistent candidate management and on-boarding.
Conducting telephone and face to face interviews for fee-earner roles and providing interview skills guidance where necessary.
Liaising with HR Business Partners during the offer process (authorisation, salary advice, preparation of offer, etc.)
Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Liaison with the business and candidates re start dates and induction process for client groups.
Running MI reports as required. Provide analysis to the Recruitment Manager as requested.
 
 
To be considered you will be an experienced Recruitment Advisor, ideally from a fast paced services environment. You will have experience in managing high volume and also senior corporate function roles, with a passion for branding and candidate attraction. You will be available to start immediately, and flexible to travel if required.
