About you



  • Previous experience of private Healthcare resourcing, ideally bank management.

  • You will have good ideas on how to make improvements and use temporary staffing to deliver benefits to the business

  • Someone who can work autonomously and talk through examples of resourcing initiatives/ efficiencies/ improvements you have identified and delivered, or at least tried

  • Self-starter, project delivery capability, someone who they can count on to have the overview of temp and perm resourcing challenges/ opportunities and work really closely with myself to address the critical permanent hires

  • Available to start immediately for a 12 months fixed term contract on a PAYE basis



What you will be doing?



  • Responsible for the operational management of all temporary staff (clinical and non-clinical) across the Hospital.

  • Responsible for the management of the E-Rostering system as applied to temporary staffing.

  • Work closely with the eRostering Specialist, promoting the use of E-Rostering, undertaking training and upskilling managers and staff as appropriate.

  • Ensure efficient use of resources when providing temporary cover to service areas.

  • Responsible for analysing current systems and processes relating to temporary staff making improvements where required.

  • Lead on the planning and co-ordination of staffing resources to minimise agency spend in line with requirements.

  • Ensure Hospital policies and procedure are implemented, developed and maintain their compliance.

  • Manage the end to end recruitment of bank staff which includes advertising, interviewing and ensuring each new starter is compliant to work.

  • Lead on internal and external communication to market and promote the in-house bank, liaising with stakeholders as appropriate.
