Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a large service association based in Burton, as they need some extra recruitment support. This role will suit someone who is a confident in-house recruiter that has the experience and exposure to utilising all resources e.g., LinkedIn, job boards and their local network.  Please note this is a part time role of 3 days a week - 24 hours.

This role will have an aspect of administration, so this person must be comfortable all recruitment duties and be able to adapt to the busy environment.
 
Role Responsibilities:
·Liaising with line managers and/or HR regarding their recruitment needs for both permanent and temporary vacancies.
·Supporting managers with developing and updating job descriptions and person specifications as required and in conjunction with HRBP's.
·Coordinating with external recruitment providers as necessary.
·Oversee administration, maintenance and continuous improvements of the E-Recruitment system and recruitment processes.
·Taking detailed briefs from hiring managers and advising them on the best recruitment campaign and selection activities while ensuring they are compliant with Group policies and procedures.
·To work with managers to prepare induction and on-boarding programmes for new starters.
·Screening and sourcing internal and external candidates from a variety of sources.
·Proactively building, developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates.
·Respond to recruitment enquiries from internal and external candidates, to include advising and supporting hiring managers in preparing feedback to unsuccessful candidates as required.
·Recruitment administration; including writing job adverts and social media posts.
·Oversee candidate pool to increase quality and diversity of applicants, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
·Monitor job market trends (e.g. external demand, skills shortages, salary benchmarking etc).
·Support the Resourcing Manager in developing, communicating and providing training on resourcing processes within the Group.
·Attending interviews as required.
·To attend recruitment events such as careers fairs and networking events as and when required.
 
This person will be proactive, ambitious and have the gravitas to think outside the box in order to fill and secure the best talent within the business.
