This client is working towards being a Top Employer in the region, and boasts a great place to work ethic. The organisation employs approx 500 employees in the region, and are always looking for ways to improve their HR service even more than they already do!
We are seeking a strong HR Business Partner, with the 'Get up and go' and desire to make a real difference, contributing new ideas to the function, during a period of change.
A busy team, this role is very generalist and we are looking for someone who can contribute as a team and be involved in anything and everything!
To be considered you will have experience in a Generalist/BP level role, who can contribute to strategic issues, review processes, develop policies, and work on HR and change projects.
You will be dealing with ER cases; championing absence management; and some operational work. You will have exceptional relationship management experience and a strong coaching approach. An experience business partner required who can start immediately, CIPD qualified.
