Interim HR Advisor | 12-Month Contract | London | Hybrid | £38-40K | Professional Services

Some roles keep the culture alive. Others help shape what it becomes.

Join a globally recognised design studio where creativity, collaboration and people sit at the heart of everything. As HR Advisor, you'll work closely with the HR Business Partner and leaders across Europe and the Middle East to make sure every person's experience feels purposeful, connected and supported.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both people and process, a balance of trusted advisor, problem solver and culture shaper. You'll guide managers through the full employee lifecycle, build confidence around people decisions, and help turn HR initiatives into something that genuinely enhances how people work together.

It's fast-paced and varied, but also human. You'll be part of a small, high-trust team where ideas are encouraged, voices are heard, and HR plays a visible role in the studio's success.

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience as an HR Advisor within a professional, creative or fast-moving environment, ideally in a busy no bigger that 300 headcount
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to employee relations and performance
  • Curiosity for improving the employee experience through smarter tools and processes (Oracle knowledge welcome)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence with credibility and care

What's on offer:

Hybrid working (three days in the studio, two from home)

Global exposure and learning opportunities

Private medical, life insurance and pension

22 days' holiday (with the option to buy more)

A diverse, inclusive culture where collaboration and creativity are part of everyday life
