Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be recruiting an Interim HR Administrator Based in our Rotherham Head Office.
We are seeking an experienced HR candidate with strong administration skills for a 12 month fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave. We seek a strong HR generalist with particular experience with Excel, HR systems and working closely with management.
With over 22 years' focusing on HR & Finance Recruitment and being part of the wider Nicholas Associates Group a £100 million turnover business we are keen to speak to people who are passionate about making a difference, with a great personality, ready to undertake a challenge!
About you:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or have proven experience in a similar HR role.
