Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with an organisation in Wakefield who are going through a period of exciting change and transformation, as they recruit for a HR Business Partner to cover a period of Maternity leave. This role is part time (25-30 hours a week), Until March 2024.

In this role you will be joining a team of 8! With a direct report of a HR Advisor. The role will report into the HR Business Manager and be responsible for a business service with approx 450 head count. The role of  HR Business Partner is providing a value added service to your designated business area. You will lead on attendance management, Occupational Health provision and be involved in projects such as the annual Health and Well being Plan, restructures and policy review.
 
The role:
·Partner senior management to drive implementation of key HR initiatives
·Lead on change management projects - Such as restructures
·Employee relations - supporting managers, advice and guidance, coaching on a range of complex ER
·Reviewing and analysing data and trends and reporting to senior management in regular management meetings
·Implement effective performance management systems
·Lead on well being and engagement projects
 
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 7 which is an essential criteria, with extensive experience in partnering a range of senior stakeholders. You will e strong in relationship management and be a team player. The HRBP will have experience in leading change and other HR projects around well being and engagement, but also be very operational. An immediate start is required!
