Interim HR/ER Advisor | London | Hybrid | up to £45K | July start

3-4 days working from home, 1-2 days on the office

14 month contract

What you'll do:

• Lead on employee relations issues disciplinary, grievances, performance, absence, family rights, and more.
• Ensure managers stay compliant with policies and employment law.
• Own HR casework from start to finish, pushing for fast resolutions.
• Support change management including TUPE, redundancy, restructures, and contract updates.
• Produce reports, letters, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Deliver training to managers and back up recruitment and induction efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and operational teams to meet business goals.
• Travel regionally when needed and handle ad hoc projects.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an HR or Employee Relations Advisor from a fast paced multisite environment
• Sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communicator with confidence at all levels.
• Ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
