This is a pivotal HR Business Partner role within an award-winning People function, offering the chance to be close to the operation while shaping longer-term organisational change.

You will be embedded on site, working closely with senior leaders and frontline teams, acting as a trusted advisor and visible HR presence across a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

About you
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or similarly fast-paced environments
- Strong ER expertise, comfortable handling complex and sensitive cases
- Confident operating in environments undergoing change and transformation
- Credible, hands-on HR professional who builds trust quickly at all levels
- Comfortable with a high on-site presence (4 days per week)
