Are you an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator with strong exposure with Cascade?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an interim HR/Recruitment Administrator with a focus to manage the Cascade system in all aspects.
This is an interim role for a minimum of six months, with potential to be made permanent. Full time with flexibility to work remotely, salary c£27k. Based near West Bromwich.
The role and general day to day duties:
Systems administration including screen configuration, building online workflows and producing reports, as well as supporting and training of managers and employees to use the HR, Recruitment and Payroll systems.
·Be the main contact for Cascade to resolve any issues
·Support the HR team on all aspects of the HR system
Assistance and support on project work:
·Support the introduction of a two-factor authentication system to make signing in more secure
·Assist staff and managers through a launching of the rebrand of Cascade.
·Implement Cascade's auto deletion function of HR data on the Cascade system
·Creation of systems administration security document
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
·Experience of using Cascade HR as a Systems Administrator.
·Experience with Payroll through Cascade.
