HR Officer

I am pleased to be supporting our client on the search for a HR Officer within the education sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a supportive and fast-paced environment, providing generalist HR support across multiple academy sites. Working as part of a small HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while building strong relationships with managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Support employee relations administration and HR processes
• Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
• Support safeguarding and safer recruitment practices

About You

• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
• Previous HR experience in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience supporting ER administration
• Safeguarding knowledge or experience preferred

Additional Information

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm, flexibility available)
• Hybrid working (1 day from home)
• Travel required between sites
• On-site parking available
